Optoma Advance Replacement Service
Products with an Advance Replacement Service will be eligible for the rapid replacement service program. Optoma will send a projector of equal value via courier to replace any malfunctioning projector with problems that cannot be resolved by technical support.
Delivery Services
In order to receive the replacement promptly, the customer should telephone Optoma Technical Support before 1PM, Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. This limited warranty service is extended by OPTOMA to the original purchaser of the Projector only and is not transferable. This program is only available in U.S.A and Canada.
Governing Law
This Program shall be construed and enforced in accordance with and shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of the Santa Clara County, and the State of California.
Arbitration
All disputes and controversies concerning the interpretation or enforcement of this Program, other than the collection of any sum due to OPTOMA for the sale of Equipment, shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
